Sizzler" is a open-roasted, grilled or shallow fried piece of meat, chicken, fish or vegetable patty, served with french fries, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, carrots, french beans etc., served on a metal or stone hot plate, kept on a wooden base. Sauce based gravy is poured on, which dribbles on the hot plate and heats up.

10-15 Cauliflower Sliced
50gm Spring Onion Chopped
50gm Orange Carrot Chopped
Some Chicken Fry
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Black Pepper
1/4tsp Perry Perry Sauce
1 Small Bowl Cooked Rice
1/4tsp Soya Sauce

for noodles-
1/2 Onion
50gm Mix Capsicum
50gm Cabbage
50gb French Beans
2 Mushroom
50gm Cauliflower
50gm Brokly
50gm Spring Onion Leaves
50gm Orange Carrot
1 Pinch Black Pepper
1 Pinch Crushed Red Chilli Powder
1tsp White Vinegar
1tsp Red Chilli Sauce
1/4tsp Soya Sauce
2 Pinch Salt
Some Fry Chicken
1 Bowl Boiled Noodles
50ml Noodles Stock
2tsp Tomato Ketchup

For chilli chicken-
2tsp Cooking Oil

50gm Brokly
1 Mushroom
50gm French Beans

100gm Mix Capsicum

1/4tsp Soya Sauce

2tsp Schezwan Sauce
3tbsp Corn Flour
