Cream Cheese - 2 Ingredients Recipe
Ingredients List
- 1 lt Cow’s full fat Milk
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Preparation Method :
— In a saucepan, add full fat cow milk, heat milk on medium flame and stir in between for 10 seconds, let the milk get heated up for about 1-2 minutes before making next step
— Then add 1 tbsp Vinegar and stir constantly until it curdles
— Keep stirring until mixture separates completely.
— Turn off heat. Keep a side for 30 seconds
— Take saucepan, place the sieve, pour curdled mixture over strainer
— Keep it under running water or pour about 1 lt water on curdled mixture. Since we have added vinegar, go to do this step for the better taste
— Leave it for 20 minutes.
— When you feel all water is strained out, transfer it to the blender and process until you get smooth and creamy texture of Cream Cheese
— Refrigerate Cream Cheese in airtight container and use this within one week
