Tawa Pulao Ingredients:

Boiled Rice 2 Cups
Tomatoes 2 (Chopped)
Onion 1 (Chopped)
Capsicum 1 (Chopped)
Peas 1/2 Cup (Boiled)
Green Chillies 2 (Chopped)
Boiled Carrot 1 (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Boiled Potato 1 (Chopped)
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Pav Bhaji Masala 2 tbsp

Pav Bhaji Masala Ingredients:

Cumin 1 tbsp
Cinnamon 2
Bay Leaf 1
Black Cardamom 1
Cloves 6
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Fennel 1 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
Amchoor/Mango Powder 1 tbsp

Pav Bhaji Masala Direction:

Take a pan and add Cumin, Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Black Cardamom, Cloves, Black Pepper, Fennel, Coriander Seeds and slightly roast it on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. After that take a grinder jar and put this all and grind it and then put it into a bowl and add Red Chilli Powder, Amchoor/Mango Powder and mix it well. Your Pav Bhaji Masala is Ready.

Tawa Pulao Direction:

Step 1: Take a Tawa/Pan and add butter,oil and mix it and then add Onion and fry it (Light golden color) and then add Ginger Garlic Paste and stir it and then add Tomatoes, Capsicum and stir it and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame with lid.

Step 2: After that remove lid and add Green Chillies, Salt and stir it and add Boiled Peas, Boiled Carrot and stit it and then add Green Coriander, Boiled Potato, Pav Bhaji Masala and stir it and then add Boiled Rice and mix it well and then add Garam Masala Powder and mix it again and your Tawa Pulao is Ready.
