Easy Homemade Bourbon Biscuits| How to make Chocolate Cream Biscuits at home| Yummylicious
Bourbon is another all time favorite biscuit. So here is the easiest recipe of bourbon which you can make at home. Bourbon without any chemicals or flavor enhancers. Hope you enjoy it..

Here are the list of ingredients you need with the procedure :

- Unsalted Butter (1/4 cup) ( If you are using salted butter then avoid adding salt )
- Caster Sugar (1/3 cup)
- Blend until its soft & fluffy
- Vanilla Extract (1/4 Tsp)
- Milk (1 Tbsp )
- Pinch of salt
- Light Cocoa Powder (2 Tbsp)
( I have used Cadbury cocoa powder, you can use any cocoa powder. According to cocoa powder the cookies will change its color )
- Blend until well incorporated
- All purpose flour (maida) (2/3 cup)
- Baking Powder (1/2 Tsp)
- Blend only for 10 seconds or until slightly combined
- Form a ball
- Wrap in a cling wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour
- Sandwich the dough between 2 parchment papers or plastic.
- Roll it out with thickness 2 to 3 mm
- Each biscuit has length 2.5 inches and width 1 inch so while cutting, cut it less than 2.5 and 1 inch respectively
- Pick it gently and place it on parchment paper
- pierce 10 tiny holes with a skewer
- Put some sugar
- Preheat Oven at 180 C and bake it for 12 - 14 min
- Let it cool down

Chocolate cream :
- Unsalted Butter (1/8 cup or 2 Tbsp)
- Blend for 1 - 2 min
- Vanilla extract (1/8 Tsp)
- Icing Sugar (1/2 Cup)
- Cocoa Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
- Dark Cocoa Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
- Sift all the ingredients and blend until well combined
- Add 1/2 Tbsp Milk gradually
- Put it in a piping bag
- Now to assemble the cookies,
- Take 1 cookie and flip it
- Put generous amount of chocolate cream
- Sandwich it with another cookie
