A steaming hot bowl of pasta is just the ultimate comfort food for me and this 'Creamy Mushroom Pasta' is my absolute favourite when it comes to it. It is so easy and quick to make and it would leave you in a food coma ;) I find that homemade pasta also tastes way better than the one you'd get in any restaurant. Try it out for yourself. Ingredients:
*1 1/2 cup water
*1 tsp salt
*2/3 cup pasta
*1/2 tbsp butter (salted)
*1/2 tbsp crushed garlic
*2 tbsp chopped capsicum
*1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
*salt, to taste
*1 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
*1/2 cup milk
*1/2 tsp dried oregano
*1/2 tsp black pepper powder
