Kheer or Fereni (Persian: فرنی) or Payesh (Bengali: পায়েস) or Kiru (Maldivian: ކިރު) is a rice pudding from the cuisine of the Indian subcontinent, made by boiling rice, broken wheat, tapioca, or vermicelli with milk and sugar; it is flavoured with cardamom, raisins, saffron, cashews, pistachios or almonds. It is typically served during a meal or as a dessert.

INGREDIENTS-
600 ml milk
40 gm rice
2 tbsp gulkand
60-70 gm sugar
2 pinch cardamom powder
2 tsp mix dry fruits
1/2 tsp kewra water
3 drop pink food colour
