Baked Sardines - The World's Healthiest Food
Ingredients

- Sardines
- Thyme
- Chopped Garlic
- Chopped Green Chillies
- Sliced Ginger
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Chopped Spring Onion
- Turmeric
- Salt
- Black Pepper powder
- Turmeric powder
- Lemon Slices
- Cooking Oil
- Bread crumbs


Preparation Method :

- Remove scales and intestines from the sardines, leaving head and tale intact
- In a baking tray place sardines , top it with all ingredients like thyme, Garlic, Green Chillies, Ginger, Tomatoes, Spring Onion spread this evenly in between the fishes
- Then sprinkle salt, black pepper powder and turmeric
- Drizzle cooking oil and place lemon slices in between
- Preheat convection bake
- Bake @180 degree for 10-15 minutes
- Serve hot, healthy baked sardines
