- 3 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp chilli paste
- 1/2 dutch onion
- red chilli & thai bird eye chillies (optional)
- 3 tbsp tamarind juice
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
