Recipe-
for onion paste-

oil 30 ml
black cardamom(badi elaichi) 1
green cardamom(Hari elaichi) 4
cloves(long) 4
cumin seeds(sabut zeera) 1/4 tsp
cinnamon stick(daalchini) 2 piece
nutmeg(jayfal) 1/2
mace(javitri) 1/2
sliced onion(kati hui pyaz) 2
bay leaf(tezpat) 1

for magaz and almond paste-
melon seeds(kharbuze ke beej) 1 tsp
pumpkin seeds(kaddu ke beej) 1 tsp
soaked & peeled Almonds(bheege hue or chhile hue badam) 20-25

chicken(murga) 800gm
green chillies(Hari mirche) 7-8
clove(long) 1
green cardamom(Hari elaichi) 1
bay leave(tezpat) 2
fresh cream 100 ml
yogurt(dahi) 100 gm
black & white pepper powder(Kali mirch or dakhni mirch powder) 1/2 tsp
garlic paste(lehsun ka paste) 1 tsp
ginger paste(adrak ka paste) 1 tsp
oil/ghee 30 ml
garnish with makhana and almonds
