Hey Foodies!
The best thing in the world is staying at an onsen in the middle of winter!
Imagine tonnes of snow outside and sitting in a nice warm hot spring!
But best of all, Ryokans (traditional Japanese inns) pffer the best Kaiseki (traditional seasonal Japanese food)
This is an example of an average one and it's still amazing!!!

It's something I believe everyone should experience for themselves!
