sliced onion(kati hui Tali hui pyaz) 200gm
cumin seeds(zeera) 2 pinch
mace(javitri) 1
nutmeg(jayfal) 1/4
yogurt(dahi) 50gm

for magaz and almonds paste-
almonds(badam) 25gm
melon seeds(kharbuze k beej) 15 gm
watermelon seeds(tarbooz k beej) 15gm
water(Pani) 1-2 sip

black cardamom(badi elaichi) 1
cinnamon stick(daalchini) 3
green cardamom(Hari elaichi) 5
cloves (long)6-7
bay leave (tezpat)2
ginger garlic paste(lehsun adrak ka paste) 1-1 tbsp
garam masala 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder(haldi) 2 pinch
yogurt(dahi) 150 gm
keora water 2 tsp (optional)
oil/ghee 200gm
cumin seeds(zeera) 1/4 tsp
red chilli powder(Lal mirch powder) 1 tbsp
coriander powder(dhania powder) 2 tbsp
salt (namak)1 tsp
water (Pani)100ml
