Subwraps have been recently very popular. As its a great healthy option when you are low on budget. I think Subwraps are the next best thing available in Subway.
From the recent poll, it was clear that you all love Shammi Kebab Subwrap. So here we are with another Yummylicious hack of Veg Shami Kebab Subwrap.

Following are the list of ingredients and procedure :

Step 1 : Veg Shammi Kebab

- Bengal Gram ( Chana Dal) (1/2 Cup)
- Soak in hot water for 30 min to 1 hour
- Soya Chunks (1/2 Cup)
- Soak in hot water for 20 - 30 min
- Squeeze out all water
- In another bowl
- Soaked Soya Chunks and soaked Chana Dal
- Garlic Cloves ( 7 - 9 )
- Ginger (1 inch)
- Onions (1/4 Cup)
- Fresh Coriander (1/4 Cup)
- Black Peppercorns (1/4 Tsp)
- Cinnamon Stick ( Dalchini ) (1 inch)
- Cloves (3 - 4 )
- Coriander Seeds (1 Tsp)
- Cumin Seeds ( Jeera ) ( 1 Tsp )
- Salt to taste
- Grind it
- Cumin Powder (1 Tsp)
- Red Chili Powder (1 Tsp)
- Gram Flour (Besan) (1/4 Cup)
- Mix it well
- Take small portion
- Make round shaped kebabs
- Let the diameter of the kebab be approximated 4.5 cm
- Deep fry in medium hot oil
- You can shallow fry
- You can bake it as well at 180C for 20 - 30 min
- Veg shammi kebabs are ready

Step 2 : Multigrain Tortilla

- Multigrain flour (1 Cup)
( Ingredients : Whole wheat, soyabean, ragi, oats.maize, barley, black gram )
- Baking Powder (1/4 Tsp)
- Salt to taste
- Milk Powder (1/4 Cup)
( If you do not have milk powder, replace it it with milk instead of water )
- Oil (1 Tbsp)
- Crumble it well
- Knead with warm water
- Make a soft dough
- Oil the dough and rest it for 30 min
- flour the surface
- Roll it out
- Approx diameter is 20 cm
- Put it on hot tawa
- Flip when tiny bubbles appear.
- This recipe makes 4 medium sized tortilla

Step 3 : Assembling the Subwrap

- Take a tortilla
- Place 3 shammi kebabs
- Put shredded Ice berg Lettuce on it
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Sliced Onions
- Capsicum
- Southwest Chipotle sauce
- Fold the bottom side
- And then sides
- Serve it immediately
