Agar Jelly with Fruits

Agar agar jelly with fruits.  Agar is a vegan jello derive from seaweeds.  It has a firm and crunchy texture.  

Recipe serves 8 

5 Cups water 
1 1/2 Cups sugar 
1 Cup coconut milk 
3 Tbsp Agar Agar powder 
1/4 Tsp salt
