Stuff Squid with Spicy Lime Sauce

Made with minced pork and clear noodles.  Serve with spicy, salty savory sauce. Perfect for as an appetizer or main course.  

Recipe: 
2 large squids with tentacles-clean and squeeze out any access water. 
1/2 lbs. ground pork
1/2 cup clear noodles-soak in water for 10 minutes
1 green onion-sliced 
1/4 Tsp salt 
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp. oyster sauce 
1 Tbsp. seasoning soy sauce 

For the sauce 
5-6 Tbsp. fresh lime juice 
4 cloves garlic-minced 
4 Tbsp. fish sauce 
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar 
8 Chilies-chopped 
Adjust the taste to your liking.
