Toasted Rice Powder (Khao Khua) [4K]

I always have roasted rice powder on hand.  I make this every 6 months or so. I put the rice powder in Ziploc bags and store it in the freezer.  It stays fresh longer than leaving it outside.  It's very easy to make but it's not something I want to make all the time.
