Easter is almost here! My favorite treat during easter is, of course, chocolate, but that does not stop me from creating a cookie or two. These easter egg cookies are a fun addition to your easter dinner table.

I am using royal icing (icing sugar, eggwhite, lemon juice -mix) and some food colouring. You also need a pin or a toothpick to create the swirly patterns on the icing.
