Peking Sauce Pork - How to Make Jing Jiang Rou Si (京酱肉丝)
Jingjiang Rousi is a northeast Chinese classic - it's pork slivers fried in sweet bean sauce (that same sauce that's used for Peking Duck, thus the name) and wrapped in tofu skins or Spring Pancakes with leek and cucumber.

Really impressive looking dish, and pretty easy to whip this recipe up. Peking Duck's not really realistic for most households or restaurants to make well, so consider this dish a simple homecooking substitute.
