Ishea Brown, lover of all things vintage, and Allrecipes home cook, travels back to 1948 to attempt a revival of a casserole recipe: "Popular Tamale Pie." Once she finds an appropriate retro casserole dish, she's ready to try the throwback tamale. Olives? Raisins? A "No. 2 can" of tomatoes?? Reviving vintage recipes is an adventure, and Ishea and her friends are ready for it - but will they think that the tamale pie is worth reviving?
