Nihari (Urdu: نہاری ‬‎) is a stew from the Indian subcontinent consisting of slow-cooked meat mainly shank meat of beef or lamb and mutton, goat meatand chicken, along with bone marrow.

INGREDIENTS:
1 kg Veal meat
4-5 tbsp Nihari masala powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 sliced onion
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
100 ml oil
1 tsp Salt
1 ltr water

for garnishing:
1 sliced & fried onion
4-5 green chillies
some ginger
2-3 lemon

For aalan:
¼ cup wheat flour
¼ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp nihari masala
¼ cup water
