Sizzling Brownie is one of the finest dessert and I'm sure it is everyone's favorite as well. The hot chocolate syrup and cold vanilla ice cream makes it so awesome that it is really one of the best chocolate dessert out there.
I have made this chocolate brownie without oven because there are loads of people out there who doesn't own an oven and no body should stop themselves from making this easy dessert.

Let's see the ingredient list and procedure :

- On double boiler
- Butter ( 3 Tbsp)
- Dark chocolate (1/4 Cup)
- Leave it for 5 min
- Stir until smooth
- Put Milk gradually
- Milk ( 1/2 cup)
- In the same bowl put a sieve


- All Purpose flour (3/4 Cup)
- Powdered Sugar (3/4 Cup)
- Baking powder (1/4 Tsp)
- A pinch of salt
- Cocoa Powder (1/4 Cup)
( I have used Hershey's Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder )
- Use cut and fold method to mix it
- Pour in lined baking tin
- Walnuts (2 Tbsp)
- Mix it slightly
- Put some more walnuts
- OVEN : bake at 180C fr 25 - 30 min
- NO OVEN : Put kadai ( you can use pressure cooker as well without whistle and ring )
- Salt (1/2 Cup)
- Spread it evenly
- Put a hot pot stand
- Put perforated plate (To avoid direct heat )
- Pre- heat for 10 - 15 min
- Put the cake tin
- Medium flame for 25 - 30 min
- Run a knife to loosen sides
- Cut it
- Heat sizzling plate for 5 - 10 min
- Put brownie piece (you can put as many as you like)
- Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream
- Slowly pour chocolate syrup on it
- As it will touch the hot plate, it will start sizzling
- And there you have it guys .. Sizzling brownie with ice cream
