Easy Vanilla Mango Pudding or Mango Panna Cotta is this easy dessert which is ideal party dessert. This recipe could be gelatine free, read further for details.

Recipe :

- Peel 1 or 2 Mangoes
( You need 1 cup mango puree )
- Chop in cubes
- Blend until smooth
- Add Sugar if the mangoes are sour.
- In another bowl
- Hot Water (1 Tbsp)
- Gelatine (1 Tsp)
( You can use 2 Tsp Agar Agar. Bring 2 - 3 Tbsp water to boil. And let the agar agar powder or flakes dissolve and then add it to mango puree )
- Stir until gelatine dissolves. You can heat it on microwave or stove so that gelatine dissolves fast
- Put Mango Puree (1 cup)
- Stir it well to mix all the gelatine
- Put the mixture in piping bag so its easy to handle
- Take your favorite glasses
- Tilt it ( Here I have used a cup cake tray you can use anything that is easily available )
- Pour mango mix in the glass till it is almost full.
- Refrigerate it for 4 - 6 hours or until set on.
- After it has set completely, lets make the vanilla jelly.

- Put a sauce pan on low flame.
- Milk (1/2 Cup)
- Gelatine (1 Tsp)
- Sugar (1/4 Cup)
- Vanilla Bean (1/2 inch ) ( You can use 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract )
- Keep Stirring continuously and bring it to a boil
- Pour this milk mixture in Cream
- Take Fresh Cream (1/2 Cup)
- Mix it well
- Bring it to room temperature.
- And now pour it in the glass with set mango
- Refrigerate for 4 - 6 hours
- After it is set
- Top it with diced mangoes and a sprig of coriander or mint
- Enjoy this cold mango vanilla pudding recipe.
