How to make an unbelievable tasty grilled Ponzu Rib Eye Steak:

Ingrediens:
Rib-Eye or any other Steak you like
Spring Onions
2 tablespoons icing sugar
50 ml Mirin
50 ml fresh lime juice
100 ml Soy sauce
olive oil

Preparation:
Pour the soy sauce, mirin, lime juice and the icing sugar into a bowl and mix well. Put the steak into a zip lock bag and add half of the ponzu sauce. Seal and leave to marinade for 2-4 hours.

Put the rest of the marinade into a pot and reduce by half. Take off the heat and whisk in some olive oil.

Then Preheat your grill, put the steak out of the marinade and pat dry. Grill the steak over direct heat and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Cut into slices, pour over some of the ponzu sauce and add some finely slices spring onions. Pour over a little bit more sauce and enjoy - it will be incredibly juicy, tasty and delicious!
