Cakes! I can NEVER get enough of baking AND decorating them. And you can get so very creative with cakes and create just about anything you want. And so here is one of the cakes I created that I fell absolutely in love with. It is Triple Layer Chocolate Cake with Milk Chocolate Mousse and Whipped Cream. And it is just like a fluffy cloud of sweet delight in your mouth. The mousse and cream goes very well with the moist chocolate cake. Ingredients:

You need three 8-inch chocolate cake layers.

For the Milk Chocolate Mousse, you will need:
*1/2 cup whipping cream
*110 g (3/4 cup) milk chocolate, chopped
*25 g (2 tbsp) butter

For the Frosting, you will need:
*2/3 cups whipping cream
*3 tbsp powdered sugar

*edible golden glitter (optional)
