Japanese Pancakes in grams:
- 125 gr Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 Egg Yolk + 3 Egg Whites
- 25 gr melted Butter
- 150 gr Buttermilk
- 30 gr Sugar ( to add to the egg whites)
- Zest of 1/4 of a Lemon ( if you're not adding lemon zest add 1 tsp vanilla)
- 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar or 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
Cook these on a low flame.

- 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

- 1 /2 cup + 4 tbsp Buttermilk
- 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar ( to add to the egg whites)

- 1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar or 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
Cook these on a low flame.
