Pizza without oven is easy, delicious and is very airy and soft. Today I have made veg pizza in kadhai.
I know many people doesn't have oven but this process will let you make any recipe without oven. So .. Go for it guys. Do not stop yourself from making this amazing pizza even if you do not have oven. So lets get baking ..

Ingredients :

- Cornmeal ( https://amzn.to/2HXnIak )
- Instant Yeast (3/4 Tsp)

- All purpose flour (maida) (1 Cup)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar (1/2 Tbsp)
- Warm water ( approx 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp)
- Softened Butter (2 Tbsp)
- Oil
- Pizza Sauce (3 Tbsp)
- Mozzarella Cheese (1/3 Cup)
- Oregano & chilli flakes
Toppings :
- Yellow, Red, Green Bell Peppers
- Jalapenos
To Bake :
- Salt (1/2 Cup ) ( To put at the bottom of the kadhai )

- Perforated plate to avoid direct heat ( Pressure Cooker Bottom plate)

Baking Equipments :

Procedure :

- In a bowl
- Put all purpose flour & salt
- Mix it well
- Put instant yeast and sugar
- Mix it
- Add warm water
- Add it slowly while kneading.
- The dough should be very soft. Softer the dough, softer and airier the pizza. So it is important to make the dough as soft as possible.
- Put softened butter after roughly kneading.
- Incorporate the butter well in the dough
- Dust some flour on the surface
- Knead the dough until it is smooth. It takes approx 4 - 5 min
- You can keep adding some flour if it starts to stick but make sure it is very small quantity.
- Take a larger bowl
- Put some oil in it
- Tug the sides of the dough in and put it in the bowl
- Cover it ( I have covered with cling wrap, you can use a towel so any plate as well )
- Rest it for 1 - 2 hrs ( depending on the weather conditions )
- When the dough almost doubles in size
- Punch it
- Take a pizza pan
- Oil it
- Sprinkle some cornmeal
- Put the dough and flatten it out
- You can roll it with rolling pin as well but i like to do it by hand that way you do not make it very thin
- Cover it and let it rest for another 30 min
- This 2nd rise is very important as it will make it rise the dough more and make the end product very airy and soft
- So do not skip the 2nd rise
- Put pizza sauce on the top
- Spread it gently
- Put Grated or diced Mozzarella Cheese on top ( I use "GO Mozzarella Cheese")
- Put toppings of your choice
- I have used yellow, red & green bell peppers, Onions, Jalapenos

To bake :

- Pre-heat the oven at 200 C and bake for 15 - 20 min

- Put a kadhai on the gas stove
- Put salt at the base
- Spread it
- Put a hot pot stand on it
- Put pressure cooker bottom plate so that there is no direct heat for the pizza
- Pre-heat this arrangement by covering it for 10 - 15 min
- Put the pizza on the top
- Close and cook on medium flame for 20 - 25 min

- Let it cool slightly
- Slice and serve
