Mousse Cake in grams:
Crust:
- 85 gr Golden Oreos
- 30 gr Melted Butter
Filling:
- 400 gr Heavy Cream
- 100 gr Mascarpone
- 350 gr Strawberries
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 130 gr Powdered Sugar ( you may need more depending how sweet your strawberries are. If you need more add more)
- 8 gr Gelatin Sheets or 4 teaspoons gelatin powder ( if you are using powder make sure you bloom the gelatin with 2-3 tbsp of water. Then proceed to microwaving it with the strawberry puree)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Jello Topping:
- 230 Strawberry Puree ( strained )
- 2 tbsp Sugar ( you may need more, taste the strawberries)
- 4 gr Gelatin Sheets or 2 teaspoons gelatin powder ( if you are using powder make sure you bloom the gelatin with 2 tbsp of water. Then proceed to microwaving it with the strawberry puree)
