Dough Ingredients:

Plain Flour 2 Cups
Salt 1/2 tsp
Water as You Required

Stuffing Ingredients:

Chicken Mince 500 gms
Cabbage 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
Boiled Eggs 2 (Chopped)
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 Cup (Grated)
Green Onion 2 (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli 2 (Chopped)
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Water 1/2 Cup

Direction:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add plain flour and add salt and mix it well and then knead it with water. After that cover it and rest it for 30 minutes in room temperature.

Step 2: Now go for making paratha stuffing. Take a pan and add oil and then add chicken mince, garlic paste and cook it until it become into white color on medium flame. After that add salt, Green Chilli and mix it well and then add 1/2 Cup water and cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step 3: After that remove the lid and add Green Onion, Cabbage, Tomato and stir it and add Black Pepper Powder and stir it again and cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. After that your stuffing is ready.

Step 4: After 30 minutes your dough is ready. Now make balls of the dough and take a ball and dust dry flour on the kitchen slab and rolling it and make a large thin roti and then place in center chicken stuffing, boiled eggs, Cheddar Cheese and fold it in box shape and then put on the tawa and cook it with as you required oil. Cook it from both sides until it become into golden brown color. Apply this method for all parathas. Your Arabic paratha is ready.
