This is the healthiest breakfast for all those who are into healthy eating and are searching for high protein recipes or low carbs recipe. So here is an easy and quick recipe.
Ingredients :
- Eggs ( 3 )
- Finely Chopped Carrots (1 Tbsp)
- Finely Chopped Onions (1 Tbsp)
- Fresh Coriander (1 Tbsp)
- Milk (1 Tbsp)
- Salt & Pepper
- A pinch of turmeric
Procedure :
- Crack eggs in a bowl
- Whisk it
- Add salt, pepper, pinch of turmeric and milk
- Whisk it again
- Add the veggies ( carrots, onions, coriander )
- Whisk it again
- You can use any pan, rectangular or circular pan.
- Pour some egg mix (approx. 3 Tbsp)
- Spread it by swirling the pan
- Wait until the top is set
- Roll it carefully
- Move it on one side if you are using a rectangular pan, if you are using a circular pan move it in the middle.
- Pour some more egg mix
- Roll it again.
- Repeat this process until you get desired amount of roll
- Cut the egg rolls and serve immediately.
