Crispy Potato Fingers Recipe.

Ingredients:
Semolina 1/2 Cup
Boiled Potatoes 4 (Grated)
Water 1/2 Cup
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Chaat Masala as You Required
Direction/Method:
Take a Pan and add 1/2 Cup Water and Slightly boil it and then add Oil and stir it and turn off the flame and then add Semolina and mix it well and rest it in room temperature for 10 minutes.
Take a bowl and add this (Step 1) Semolina batter and then add Boiled and Grated Potatoes, Green Coriander, Salt, Garlic Powder and mix it well.
Now take a karahi filled with oil and preheat it.
Now take potato batter (From Step 2) and make shape of the fingers with Hands and put into the preheated karahi and fry it until it become into golden brown color. After that Your Crispy Potato Fingers is Ready.

Yummy Cheesy Sandwich Recipe.

Ingredients:
Bread Slices 6
Cream Cheese 1/4 Cup
Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese as You Required
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt as to taste
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Capsicum 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Tomatoes 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Sweet Corn 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Direction/Method:
Take a bowl and add Cream Cheese, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Capsicum, Tomatoes, Sweet Corn and mix it well.
Now take a Bread Slice and Spread this Cream Cheese Batter and then sprinkle grated mozzarella and cheddar cheese and Button Red Chilli as to taste and then put another bread slice on this and then spread again Cream Cheese batter and then put 3rd bread slice and then sprinkle grated Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and then sprinkle Oregano and Button Red Chilli.
After that Cook it on a Preheated Tawa/Pan, Cover it with lid for 5 minutes on very low flame. After that You Cheesy Sandwich is ready now cut into sandwich shape and serve it.
(Same Process for remaining 3 Bread Slices)

Chicken Donuts Recipe.

Ingredients:
Chicken Mince 1 Cup or 250 gms
Boiled Potato 2 (Mashed)
Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
Green Coriander 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Onion 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Plain Flour 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Bread Crumbs as you required
Direction/Method:
Take a large bowl and add Mashed Potato, Chicken Mince, Ginger Garlic Paste, Green Chilli, Green Coriander, Onion, Black Pepper Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and mix it well.
Now dust 1 tbsp Plain Flour on kitchen slab and spread it and then put this batter and press with hands until it become into 1/2 inch thickness. Now take a circle shape cutter and cut this into parts and take a small circle shape cutter and cut it into center and your donut shape is ready. Now fry it into preheated oil and golden brown it. your Chicken donuts is ready.

Crispy Chicken Fries Recipe.

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 2
Corn Flour 4 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Bread Crumbs as you required
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Baking Soda 1 Pinch
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take Chicken Breast and cut it into fingers shape and then put it into a bowl and add Vinegar, Button Red Chilli, Black Pepper Powder, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and mix it well and then rest it for 15 minutes.
Step 2: After that add Baking Soda and mix it well and then add Corn Flour and mix it again and then take a chicken stick and dip into egg and then coating with bread crumbs and apply this for all chicken fingers. After that fry them until it become golden brown color or desire color. After that Your Crispy Chicken Fries is ready.
