INGREDIENTS:
for parda dough-
2 tsp dry yeast
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup warm milk
2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
50 gm curd
water as needed
For mutton-
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 onion
500gm mutton
1 medium size chopped tomato
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp black & white pepper powder
2 pinch turmeric powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garam masala
(for masala - 12-15 cloves,1 nutmeg & 1 cinnamon stick)
1/2 tsp masala
150ml water
For Rice-
3 tbsp desi ghee
1 small chopped onion
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
300 gm white rice( 30 mins soaked)
1/4 tsp masala
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 & 1/2 tsp salt
400 ml water
For Garnishing-
1 fried onion
some coriander leaves
some fried raisins
some soaked almonds
some fried cashews
saffron & milk mix
melted butter for greasing
black & white sesame seeds
preheat oven on 180 degree for 10 mins, bake for 20 mins on 180 degree.
