In season 11, Cook’s Country from America’s Test Kitchen uncovers blue-ribbon regional specialties from across the U.S. (North Carolina Dipped Fried Chicken, New Jersey Crumb Buns, Detroit-Style Pizza, Oregon Blackberry Pie, and more) and tackles classic American fare in need of a makeover (Fettuccine with Butter and Cheese, Fish and Chips, Boneless Rib Roast with Yorkshire Pudding and Jus, and more).
Jack Bishop challenges hosts Bridget Lancaster and Julia Collin Davison to live tastings of kitchen staples such as chocolate ice cream, extra-sharp cheddar cheese, and black tea, and Adam Ried reveals the test kitchen's top choices for equipment, including paring knives, paper towels, and nonstick skillets.
Cook’s Country from America’s Test Kitchen also features short documentary segments on the history of American food. Favorites explored include Wellesley Fudge Cake, Hearty Beef Lasagna, and Flank Steak in Adobo.
