Ingredientes:
5 chicken drumsticks
8 guajillo dry chilies
3 nopales (cactus)
5 thyme sprigs (½ tbsp fresh thyme)
2 rosemary springs (½ tbsp fresh rosemary)
2 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
Chunk of onion
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper ( to taste)
½ Tbsp Oil
Aluminum Oil
