I have shared an easy chocolate cake recipe before and while that is moist and delicious, it is quite light and fluffy. While this Chocolate Mud Cake is rich, dense, chocolatey and YUM! It already has melted chocolate incorporated in it so I did not frost it with chocolate ganache but feel free to frost it with whatever you want ;) This recipe was actually requested and yes, I am a chocoholic so I hope you do enjoy yet another chocolate recipe from me :D

Ingredients:
*1 cup all purpose flour

*125 g butter
*125 g semi sweet chocolate, chopped (To buy online: https://goo.gl/Z0NDiA)
*3/4 cup sugar, powdered
*1 tsp instant coffee powder (To buy online: https://goo.gl/oXdg8T)
*1/4 cup boiling water
*2 eggs, at room temperature
*1/4 tsp vanilla extract
