Fry Daal Tadka
Ingredients-
for daal/lentil
red lentil(masoor ki daal) 100gm
split chickpeas(chane ki daal) 1 tbsp
coriander powder(dhania powder) 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder(lal mirch powder) 1/4 tsp
ginger garlic paste(lehsun adrak ka paste) 1 tsp
turmeric powder(haldi) 2 pinch
garam masala 2 pinch
oil 2 tsp
water 500ml
salt(namak) 1/2 tsp
for tadka-
oil 3-4 tsp
curry leaves(curry patta) 12-15
dry red chillies(sukhi lal mirch) 2-3
mustard seeds(sarso k dane) 1 pinch
cumin seeds(zeera) 1 pinch
chopped onion(kati hui pyaz) 1
turmeric powder(haldi) 2 pinch
chopped green chilli(kati hari mirch) 1
red chilli powder(lal mirch powder) 1/4 tsp
amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
chopped tomatoes(kate hue tamatar) 1
water 1-2 sip
salt(namak) 1-2 pinch
coriander leaves(hara dhania) 1 fist
