Palak paneer Dhaba Style | Sunday Special Recipe
Ingredients-
for tomato puree-

spinach(palak) 500gm
water(pani) 1500ml
salt(namak) 2 pinch
green chillies(hari mirch) 4


cottage cheese/paneer 200gm
chopped onion(kati hui pyaz) 1
chopped tomatoes(kate hue tamatar) 2
butter(makkhan) 1 tbsp
chopped garlic cloves(kate hue lehsun ke jawe) 3
chopped green chillies(kati hui mirch) 1-2
coriander leaves(hara dhania) 1/2 fist
garam masala 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds(zeera) 2 pinch
garlic paste(lehsun ka paste) 1/2 tsp
ginger paste(adrak ka paste) 1/2 tsp
salt(namak) 2 pinch
rock salt(kala namak) 2 pinch
yogurt(dahi) 2 tbsp
fresh cream 1-2 tbsp
oil 30 ml
roasted cumin powder(bhuna zeera powder) 2 pinch
