Ingredients:

Moong Dal 1 Cup (Soaked for 4 Hours and then Dry it)
Sugar 1 Cup
Desi Ghee 1/2 Cup
Pistachios 1 tbsp (Chopped)
Almond 2 tbsp (Chopped)
Milk 3 Cups
Green Cardamom 4

Direction:

Step 1: Take a pan and put the Moong Dal and roast it for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that grind it into grinder machine and make it in powder form.

Step 2: Now take a pot/pan and add Desi Ghee and preheat it and then add Green Cardamom and slightly fry it and then add Moong Dal powder (from step 1) and stir it on medium to low flame for 5 minutes and then add milk and stir it for 10 to 15 minutes on medium to low flame. After that add sugar and stir it on medium to low flame for 15 minutes. After that add Almond, Pistachios and stir it. Your Moong Dal Halwa is Ready.
