Ingredients you need to make a Crêpes Double Cheeseburger with Bacon:

For the Original French Crêpes Dough:

120 g Flour
250 ml Milk
3 Eggs
1 Pinch of salt
30g Softened / melted butter

Simply mix together all ingredients and whisk until it becomes a smooth dough.

For the Double Cheeseburger please use all the condiments you like - I used two beef burger patties, shredded lettuce, tomato ketchup, cheddar cheese, mustard, pickles and of course bacon.

Simply fry the patties together with the bacon at high temperature. Flip after approximately 2 minutes, top the patties with cheese and the bacon and cook until finished.

Then clean the griddle / flat top, reduce to medium high heat and make very thin french crepes. Top with the burgers and condiments, fold together and enjoy!
