Healthy Chocolate Fudge Banana Muffins | Kitchen Time with Neha
As a student, I love having some snacks on hand that I can indulge in guilt free whenever a craving strikes. And although I really don't mind eating regular chocolate muffins, I do think having some extra nutrients isn't all that bad if what you are eating taste extremely delicious. That's what these muffins provide! The gooey fudge muffin with dark chocolate oozing out of it. It is pure indulgence. You have to try them for yourself! ;)

Ingredients: (Makes 10 muffins)

*1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (or all purpose flour)
*1/4 cup cocoa powder
*1/4 tsp instant coffee powder
*1/4 tsp salt
*1 tsp baking powder
*3/4 cup jaggery powder OR brown sugar
*1 egg OR 1/4 cup curd (plain yogurt/dahi)
*1/3 cup coconut oil
*1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*2 over ripe bananas, mashed
*1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped
