Moist Caramel Cake Recipe - Brown Butter Caramel Popcorn Cake!
Caramel cake recipe from scratch with a beautiful caramel popcorn decoration. The frosting for this cake will be up on Friday! :)

Brown Butter Caramel Cake in grams:


- 110 gr Softened Brown Butter
- 40 gr Coconut Oil
- 160 gr Caramel ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyOamhREn2k&t=19s , make the caramel sauce using my recipe, then weigh out the amount you need for the cake.)
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Eggs
- 270 gr All Purpose Flour
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 180 gr Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Caramel Popcorn :


- 80 grams Popcorn( already popped)
- 50 grams Honey
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 80 gr Butter
- 160 gr Brown Sugar
- 1/3 tsp Baking Soda

Cake in cups:


- 1 stick of Brown Butter
- 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 5.5 ounces of Caramel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dyOamhREn2k&t=19s , make the caramel sauce using my recipe, then weigh out the amount you need for the cake.)
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Eggs
- 1 3/4 cups Flour
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Caramel Popcorn :


- 3 ounces Popcorn( already popped)
- 2 1/2 tbsp honey grams Honey
- 1/2 tsp of Salt
- 3/4 stick Butter
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/3 tsp Baking Soda
