Ingredients
1 cup/180g semolina
salt to taste
1 tsp carom seeds
2 tbsp oil
for mixture-
1 tbsp oil
2 onion (large)
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
2-3 green chilli
2 potato (boiled)
250g (boiled)
handful fresh coriander leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
oil for deep frying
