Ingrediens for a Gin and Tonic Steak cooked sous-vide
A Steak of your choice
Your favorite Gin & Tonic
Salt & Pepper
Mix your favorite G&T and pour it into a zip lock bag. Add your Steak, I used a Rib Eye and seal with as less air in it as possible.
Prepare the sous vide bath for 48°C / 118°F and cook the Steak for 2 hours. After that pat dry the steak and sear it at very high heat for 1 minute on each side.
Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
