Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies:


- 140 gr All Purpose Flour ( 1 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 100 gr unsalted Butter ( 1 stick)
- 150 gr Brown Sugar or 130 gr for a less sweeter version ( 3/4 cup or 2/3 cup for a less sweeter version)
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- Chocolate Chips


Crunchy Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe :


- 250 gr All Purpose Flour ( 2 cups)
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 150 gr Cold Butter (1 1/3 stick)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 120 gr Brown Sugar (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Chocolate Chips
