Ingrediens:

1 Steak of your choice - I used a rib-eye
Salt
Pepper
Thyme
Clarified butter

Sear the steak either on the grill or in a very hot pan for 1 minute per side. Heat up some clarified butter! Slice it into pieces and plate them up. Add some thyme to the Steak.

Then carefully pour over the hot butter and, season the steak with salt and pepper and enjoy!
