Hello little Munchlings! Today we are eating Giant cheesy spicy rice cakes. I cooked these rice cakes with some ramen noodles, imitation fish cakes and lots of cheese. I mean lots of vegan cheese. I used a whole packet of cheese! The cheese didn't get all stretchy, but dang it was tasty. It made everything so yummy and creamy and delicious. These super long rice cakes were really special as they were made fresh today! If you are in the Oakland area you must check out J R rice bakery.
