Spicy Beer Duck Stew, Sichuan-style (川式啤酒鸭)
Beer duck! This dish - i.e. Pijiuya - is a homecooking classic and has a bunch of different variants. At it's core it's a stew of... duck and beer. Here we're teaching you a Sichuan version, which brings a little heat with some seasoned duck fat.
