Ingrediens for a Wagyu Ramen Slider:
1 Pack Ramen Noodles
1 Egg
2 Mini hamburger patties (Slider
A little bit shredded lettuce
3 tablespoons mayo
1 teaspoon wasabi paste (not the real deal)
Put the Ramen Noodles into a bowl and cover with boiling water. Place a lid on top and let them „cook“ for 5 min - strain and add a beaten egg and mix well.
Place the noodles into a ramekin, cover with cling film and weight down. Let them chill for 30 min.
Fry or grill the burger buns to your desired doneness, then fry the ramen patties for 1 minute per each side and then assemble the burger and enjoy!
