A lot of recipes require sweetened coconut flakes which are not easily available in India. But sweetened coconut is so easy to make using desiccated coconut which you can find in any supermarket. And you just need a few other basic ingredients. So if a recipe calls for sweetened coconut, you're at the right place. You will need:
*1 cup desiccated coconut/coconut powder
*2 tbsp powdered sugar
*1.5 tbsp water
*1 tbsp oil
