A little known dish that is often sold alongside Pad Thai in Thailand! Building on my previous recipe for the epic turnip cakes (lo bak go), in this video I share how Thai people take those cakes and turn them into a delicious stir-fry. It's a fast food, a street food that isn't the most well known, but it is so incredibly delicious! And now that you know how to make awesome turnip cakes, here's another awesome way to eat them!

Pailin “Pai” Chongchitnant is the author of the Hot Thai Kitchen cookbook, co-host of a Canadian TV series One World Kitchen on Gusto TV, and creator and host of the YouTube channel Pailin's Kitchen.
Pai was born and raised in southern Thailand where she spent much of her "playtime" in the kitchen. She traveled to Canada to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and was later trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco.
After working in both Western and Thai professional kitchens, she decided that her passion really lies in educating and empowering others to cook at home via YouTube videos, her cookbook, and cooking classes.
