The Staff Canteen went Skrei fishing with Michel Roux Jnr and friends in Norway. A whole host of chefs including Norwegian Seafood ambassador Simon Hulstone, Sabrina Gidda, Russell Bateman and Chris Galvin. They spent two days in sub zero temperatures with the team from Seafood from Norway catching Skrei cod in it's natural environment - the chefs learned first hand about what make Skrei such a unique product.
