TASTY SPICY LAO SAUSAGE/SAI OUA
Spicy Lao sausage perfectly seasoned with dill, lemon grass, galangal, onions and other spices. Traditionally served with sticky rice, papaya salads and spicy sauce (jeow).

Recipe serves 6-7

3 lbs Coarse ground pork with fat 1.3 kg
3 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp msg or 1 1/2 tbsp chicken
1 1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp chili powder or to taste
1 Cup dill
1 Cup Green onions
1 inch galangal-minced
1 Medium onion- sliced
1 stalk lemon grass-sliced

Broil 450 degrees/232 Celsius for 15-20 minutes per side.
